Most decisive first. Gather these before you contact anyone.

  • The signed contract with the specification, dimensions and equipment list
  • The payment schedule and proof of every payment made
  • All change orders
  • Dated photographs at each stage of construction
  • Permits and every inspection result
  • Serial numbers and model plates of the equipment actually installed
