We are not a law firm

Satisfy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in court, we do not file lawsuits on your behalf, and nothing we tell you is a legal opinion. Working with us does not create an attorney-client relationship, and communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

When you should talk to an attorney

If your situation involves litigation, a filing deadline, a lien, or a bankruptcy, you should speak to a licensed attorney in your state. We will tell you when we think that's the case.

Referral relationships

We do not pay for referrals and we do not accept fees from law firms for referring you to them.

If we tell you your situation needs a lawyer, we receive no fee, commission, or consideration of any kind in connection with that, and we have no financial interest in which lawyer you choose. Any engagement you enter into with a law firm is between you and that firm.

What this costs

What we charge is described on the pricing page and governed by the consumer service agreement you sign before we begin work.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee any outcome, amount, or timeline. Nothing on this site should be read as a prediction of what will happen in your advocacy file.

Where we operate

We do not operate everywhere. Whether we can act on an advocacy file depends on the state you are in and the type of dispute, and we tell you when we cannot rather than taking it on and stopping later.

Satisfy is not a law firm and does not practise law, so we hold no law licence in any state and none is claimed here. Where a state regulates what a non-attorney representative may do or charge, we operate within those limits.
