Reply STOP to any text message from us, or switch texts off in your app account.

Switch email off in your app account. Messages about your account, such as security notices, reminders you set and updates on an open advocacy file, are not marketing, and they keep coming while your account is open.

Sign in and open Settings. It lists everything we send and lets you switch off whatever you do not want, across both email and text.
