How the process works
From your first few minutes to the outcome, including what happens when a business still won't put things right.
You tell us what happened
Under five minutes, and you don't need any documents to start. We ask what the work was, who did it, and roughly what you're owed.
What it costs, briefly
Finding out where you stand is free. When we take your advocacy fileon, there is an engagement cost, which covers the real work of building your file and starting advocacy1.
After that, we're only paid out of a recovery
If we obtain redress for you, we're reimbursed a share of what we recover, and your engagement cost comes off it. If we don't, that engagement cost is the only money you ever pay us, and that holds even when the right answer turns out to be referring you to a law firm2.
What we don't do
- We don't give legal advice. Satisfy is not a law firm and nothing we send you is a legal opinion.
- We don't represent you in court. If your situation needs litigation, we'll tell you and connect you with a law firm, taking nothing for the introduction.
- We don't guarantee a recovery. Anyone who does is telling you something they can't know.

Disclosures
- 1.Engagement costs vary by state, by service type, and by the value of the advocacy file. The exact figure for your situation is disclosed in your portal and in the consumer service agreement, after we review your advocacy file and before you sign or pay anything. The engagement cost is not refundable, because it covers work already done.
- 2.Our reimbursement applies only to amounts actually recovered, also varies by state and service type, and is subject to that agreement and to any applicable state limits on fees charged by non-attorney representatives. Those limits have not yet been researched for the pilot states.
